Well, this is my family. The real us...just after we crossed the Mississippi River, headed across Iowa and into Missouri, on the way to John's grandpa's farm. At this point, we've been road-tripping for 9 days, and we may be a little loopy, but I still convinced them to sing a bit. I hope you enjoy these crazy wonderful people I'm proud to call my family. Songs: "I'll Fly Away" written in 1929 by Albert E. Brumley "The Star Spangled Banner" by John Stafford Smith and Francis Scott Key 1814
I don't always ask my family to sing in five part harmony on road trips, but they were nice enough to agree and help me make my video for the day. Here is "Sweet Hour Of Prayer" and some shenanigans.
A comprehensive review of the Earthworks PM40 piano microphone and a thorough test against my Rode NT4, with 4 styles of piano playing, and even a "lid closed" recording!
I'm so glad I hit 100,000 subscribers while I was at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI because the college students up here know how to have fun! Watch them help me out with a little party of a video, that is chock full of your favorite jazz meme.
I have some theories about the reasons why pop singers pronounce words so strangely. Lemme tell you 'bout them.
